Dr. Harris has his PhD in Community Health Administration. His pre-doctorial (Dissertation) clinical training was in Colo-rectal intestinal cancer and chemoprevention, Dr. Harris completed two post-doctorate training experiences in clinical research in bioinformatics (Dr. William Seffens) and clinical patient care (Dr. Vickie James) training in: bioinformatics, cancer chemoprevention, clinical translational research. He earned his Masters of Science degree in Organization System Design and Administration. Dr. Harris offers a broad-based and diversified project management procedures, utilizing real-world evidence-based data innovations with systematic techniques to improve healthcare delivery. He utilizes a combination of beneficial factors (predisposed, enabling, and reinforcing risk factors) in clinical translational research as an advantage, in the processes of question formulation, literature search, and clinical trial investigation evaluation with the advent of the internet and AI/AR technology. Utilizing appropriate clinical trial (ICH – GCP policy) technique to assist in discovering empirical real-world evidence that will improve therapeutic treatment and its impact on patient satisfaction. Real-world evidence-based data provides the general framework for such medical decision making; it covers all kinds of cases and strategies, including questions of diagnosis, therapy, prognosis, differential diagnosis, clinical presentation, and causality. Dr. Harris uses this approach as a clinician in seeking to effectively interpret and apply medical evidence in his daily practice.
